⚡ The Simple Summary (TL;DR)

1. Game Content

We build transformational parodies and commentary. We don't claim to own real-life brands or third-party assets used for parody.

2. Rules of Conduct

You must follow the official Roblox Guidelines in our games, and Discord's Terms of Service inside our chat communities and affiliates.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final. The only exceptions are items permanently deleted from the game or items that break completely and stay broken for over 3 days.

4. Bans & Access

We can limit, suspend, or block access to our games and sites at any time for rule violations, or if necessary to protect our community.

Terms of Service

By playing our games, using our website, or participating in our community spaces, you agree to these Terms of Service. Because our experiences run on third-party platforms, all users must follow these basic rules:

  • Roblox Guidelines: Since our games are hosted on Roblox, you must fully comply with the official Roblox Community Guidelines and Terms of Service at all times.
  • Community Guidelines: Interactions in our official Discord server and community groups must abide by the Discord Terms of Service and any local rules set by our staff.
  • Game-Specific Guidelines: Certain experiences may enforce their own unique gameplay rules (such as restrictions on glitch exploitation, spawn-camping, or combat-logging). You are required to follow these local rules, which are typically posted within the game's description or dedicated community channels.
  • Platform Limitations: Kryto Studios is not responsible for platform-wide Roblox outages, server defects, database rollbacks, or any other technical issues outside of our direct control.

We reserve the right to moderate, suspend, or ban users from our games, community hubs, or services for violating these terms, or for general safety and operational reasons.

Intellectual Property & Fair Use Policy

All custom assets, scripts, animations, and designs created by Kryto Studios belong exclusively to the studio and its creators.

Kryto Studios does not claim ownership or endorsement of any real-world brands, vehicles, likenesses, or trademarks that appear in our games. Any references to real-world properties are used strictly under the Fair Use Doctrine for the purposes of parody, satire, and transformative gameplay experiences.

Refund Policy

Kryto Studios enforces a strict no-refund policy on all virtual items, gamepasses, developer products, and services. Exceptions are only granted under the following conditions:

  • The gamepass or developer product purchased belonged to an experience or content that has been permanently removed from our games.
  • The purchased item is completely broken or non-functional, and remains unpatched for more than three (3) consecutive days after a valid bug report is submitted.
REFUND REQUEST: If your situation qualifies for an exception, please open a support ticket in our official Discord server. You must provide your exact Roblox username, a valid proof of purchase, and clear evidence of the issue.

Appeals Policy

To keep our games fair and fun, we actively monitor behavior and log chat/actions. Suspensions and bans are handed out objectively based on the severity of the rule broken.

A. Temporary Suspensions

Players given a temporary ban can submit one (1) appeal every seven (7) days. Our staff will review game logs and behavioral history to decide whether to lift the ban early or uphold it.

B. Permanent Bans

Players facing a permanent ban are allowed one (1) appeal every thirty (30) days. Duplicate or repetitive spam appeals will be automatically ignored unless stated otherwise by studio management.

C. Exploiting & Cheating

We have a zero-tolerance policy for cheaters. Anyone caught executing exploits, using third-party script injectors, or modifying game files will be permanently banned from all our experiences. These bans are strict and completely ineligible for an appeal.

D. Roblox ToS Violations

Any behavior, hate speech, or content that directly violates the core Roblox Terms of Service will be met with an immediate ban, and may be reported directly to Roblox moderation teams.
