Overview

Kryto Studios values the privacy and security of our players. This document explains how data is handled across our games. Because our experiences run on Roblox and use Discord for community interaction, your account safety is fundamentally protected and covered by the Roblox Privacy Policy and Discord Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Kryto Studios does not collect, track, or request any real-world personal information. We have no access to your name, billing data, email address, or physical location.

To keep our games running smoothly, protect our community, and save your progress, we look at the following platform data:

  • Roblox User IDs and Usernames: Used to verify your account, save your data, and track your purchased gamepasses or custom items.
  • In-Game Stats & Inventories: Data regarding your levels, ranks, virtual cash, and game progression is securely stored using standard Roblox DataStores.
  • Game & Security Logs: To maintain game balance and security, we log standard developer data, including admin command usage, purchase receipts/transaction history, and automated anti-cheat/exploit logs..
  • Support & Community Tickets: If you use our support ticketing system on Discord, our ticket bot retains a record of the conversation, your Discord User ID, and any submitted evidence to help us resolve your request and enforce community rules.

Data Sharing

We care about player privacy. Kryto Studios never sells, rents, or shares game metrics or user IDs with advertisers or third-party data brokers. All data stays entirely within the official Roblox and Discord networks to keep your games working properly.

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our games comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because our games are built on Roblox, all safety features, text chat filters, and parental security settings are handled directly by Roblox. Kryto Studios never bypasses these filters or tracks younger players differently.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

If you want your active save files, leaderboard stats, or inventory records permanently deleted from any Kryto Studios game, you have the right to request it. Please open a support ticket in our official Discord server and provide your exact Roblox username.

Important Security Exception: In alignment with platform security standards, data related to severe moderation infractions, automated anti-cheat logs, and permanent bans will be retained indefinitely. This data is kept strictly to prevent repeat offenses, protect game integrity, and maintain studio security, and is excluded from standard data erasure requests. However, Kryto Studios fully honors and complies with all official "Right to Erasure" requests forwarded to us directly by the Roblox platform as required by global privacy laws.
